Suzy + Ken | Hanover Wedding Photographer

The forecast for the day was a little crazy! They were calling for severe thunderstorms! Talk about panic mode for a photographer! Especially one that loves using natural light! I was a little scared about what the weather was gonna throw at us, but rest to sure you it ended up being a PERFECT day!! I don't think I could have asked for a more perfect rainy day! Every time we went to do portraits outside it stopped raining for us!! Post ceremony and post reception!! PERRFECT!!

Suzy and Ken had a small wedding. Their ceremony was held at the beautiful Immanuel Episcopal Church in Old Church, Va. I don't think I've ever seen a church with so much character. It was perfect for them. Then the reception was held at Hanover Tavern, in Hanover, Va. That also, had so much character! Both locations of their wedding day were perfect and matched them perfectly.

Even, thought they had rain on their wedding day, I don't think Suzy and Ken could have asked for a more perfect day!! Oh and did I mention that there was a rainbow too?!?! How lucky can you get?!?!

Loved her flowers!!! I wanted to take them home with me!
